Have you ever smelled that strange odor coming form your bathroom, but you just cleaned the entire home ? This smelly odor could be a" tell all " sign of something much more . SEPTIC TANK issues. If your field drain is clogged or broken, the tank could have already filled up cause the raw sewage has no place to drain and you're getting back-up odor through the sewer drains. Also, if there is a break or clog in your line, you could have a wet sewage spot in your yard along the field drain and you would be getting odor from that, especially during rain. It may mot even be very visible during dry times cause the ground isn't saturated and it is possibly oozing on down into the soil. but if this IS the case of a broken/ clogged field drain backing into the yard, it is NOT healthy for kids (or adults) who may be playing or such where the back-up is. You DO need a plumber; He might can snake out your drains thru the clean-out plug, but if not you could be looking at a couple thousand to make a new field drain. Here @ AAA CITY PLUMBING we are currently running specials on free estimates. Don't let this opportunity pass you by, give us a call (704) 544-1909 or (803) 327-5171.
